The Empress Rhiannon's Story

The Garden

The Garden, it's namesake coming from when you first enter it's premises, as you will see a vast abundence of well done and pristine landscaping with numerous and diverse flowers, shrubs, and trees acting as it's decor. As beutiful as it is this is a false sense of security as it is a purgatory dimension. One that once deeper traveled through is a decrepited and twisted city filled with the souls of the damned and evil enities that were trapped here by it's overseer long ago. These souls barter and gamble for their freedom nightly in a square called the gambling district. Using souls of the poor unfortunate mortals who have strayed in The Garden due to the veil that seperates it and the mortal world seemingly thinning from time to time. Mortals fortunate enough to make it into the heart of the district can and will have the very lucky and ultimate chance to gamble and wager with it's overseer for a chance of wealth, love, power, and/or anything your heart desires. However if you think she will take gold in exchange for your loss you are sadly mistaken, you best be preparred to lose something far more precious of value. Be it limbs, voice, talents, or even your freedom. If you are truly unlucky and our lovely overseer The Empress is hungry...She will devour your very flesh, blood, and soul.

The Empress, Rhiannon

The Empress Rhiannon, none are too sure how long she has truly exsisted. As the silver haired vixen with striking and hypnotic lilac eyes has inhabited The Garden for centuries, yet she speaks of a time where she too was mortal herself. A time where she walked in the sun and felt it's warm and bright rays. Where she too was a simple maiden who dreamed and fantasized of romance and love. Those who hear such things are privy to being in her inner most circle. People she trusts with her most important and delicate of tasks. Mere mortals who meet her and those who are under her thumb and power describe her as cold, cruel, and calculated. They say mercy is not something normally in her nature unless they pique her interest, though one might consider gaining her interest to be worse than if she had simply killed them. So what do you think? Do you think have chance at a game of high or low with The Empress for your hearts greatest desire? Or will you fall victim to her as many have before you?
